Through this service, we free our clients from the routine administration required to manage a property. We will assume responsibility for tenancies, ensuring that any issues related to the properties or tenancies are efficiently solved with landlords and their agents.

• Provide an ongoing point of contact for employees regarding issues during the tenancy.
• Control monthly rental and bill payments.
• Control administration on behalf of the client.
• Liaise with managing agents and landlords regarding repairs, inspections and legal issues.
• Co-ordinate mediation, termination, surrender and renewal of tenancies.
• Co-ordinate subsequent negotiations regarding repairs and deficiencies at the end of the tenancy.
