Tip 7 - Get rid of the old stuff

You are a pack rat. You have to admit it! You love flea markets, auction sales, tag sales, and curbside cast-offs. You have kept every card or letter anyone has ever sent to you, and you are not likely to change. Against conventional commercial wisdom we have to ask you to do yourself a favor by getting rid of things like outdated school text books, cracked mirrors, tables with three legs or lawn chairs someone fell through at your last birthday party. Think of this as an opportunity to begin a new, more organized life! Distribute unwanted belongings to friends and relatives or donate them for charity.
