Our staff has been trained according to the guidelines of international organizations such as FIDI (International Federation of International Movings) and LACMA (Latin American & Caribbean International Movers Association). One of our priorities is to keep up to date with new procedures, techniques and materials, and that is why we are constantly carrying out training sessions specifically aimed for our industry.
Universal Cargo promotes the training of its staff, providing the necessary means to improve the skills of the employees.

In addition to the aforementioned, almost 100% of our administrative staff is bilingual (Spanish – English) and we are also fluent in German, French and Portuguese.
