Foreign residents with temporary visa

In October, 1995 the Argentine Customs modified the system for the entrance of foreign residents without permanent visa and introduced a new entry system for the personal effects through bonds. The Customs issues this certificate that allows to export the effects after they have been previously imported. Thus it is not necessary for the customer to have remained in the country during the last year and the days he stayed abroad are not taken into account.
