Vehicles registered in Argentina may be exported by Argentine citizens or foreign residents with permanent visa. Only one vehicle per person older than 21 may be exported. The vehicle should have been registered under the owner`s name at least 6 years before the export date. 5 % on the FOB value must be paid as export duties.

Copy authenticated by Notary Public of all the pages of the passport, including the blank ones. This passport must be at least one year old; otherwise the previous passport must be authenticated.
Certificate issued by the consulate of the country of destination that states the customer has obtained a residing permit for more than a year (the visa does not need to be stamped on the passport).
Copy authenticated by Notary Public of the air ticket the customer will use to travel to destination.
Written authorization granted to our company to perform the Customs proceedings.
Complete vehicle documents. (Title deed, green card, etc).
Additionally, foreign residents with permanent visa shall submit:
Copy authenticated by notary public of the Argentine identity document (“DNI”).
Certificate of change of residence or letter issued by the consulate of the customer`s country (this is not a requirement for some countries).

Only vehicles imported by owners who entered into Argentina under temporary admission may be exported. Vehicles will only be granted temporary admission for a maximum term of 16 months, after which they must be exported from Argentina.

Foreign diplomats must obtain a diplomatic franchise from the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the diplomatic mission where they reside or the official agency where they are employed
